Welcome to Men Workout By Kingbrain™ (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App on Android and iOS devices. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the terms of the applicable app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
Some features may require you to sign in using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content within the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, workout routines, and software — is owned by or licensed to Kingbrain and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
"Men Workout By Kingbrain™" and the Kingbrain logo are trademarks of their respective owner.
The App is supported by advertising and integrates third-party services such as Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, products, or services. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, they are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and are subject to those platforms' terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the relevant app store's refund policy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your app store account settings.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINGBRAIN, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR PHYSICAL INJURY — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kingbrain and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification) will survive.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Kingbrain only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
