My step counter isn't counting steps. What should I do?

Make sure the app has permission to access Motion & Fitness (iOS) or Physical Activity (Android) in your device settings, and that battery-saver mode isn't restricting the app in the background. If steps still aren't counted, restart your phone and open the app once. Still stuck? Email us with your device model and OS version.

How do I cancel a subscription or request a refund?

Subscriptions are managed by the app store, not by us directly. On iOS, go to Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Refunds are also requested through Apple or Google. If you need help with the process, contact us and we'll guide you.

Is my health data shared with anyone?

Your health and fitness data stays on your device unless you explicitly enable a backup or sync feature. We never sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data. To request deletion of any data associated with you, email support@kingbrainapps.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the app name. We process requests within 30 days.

Are the heart-rate and health readings medically accurate?

Our health apps are designed for general fitness and wellness tracking only. They are not medical devices and should not be used for diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.

How do I remove ads?

Most of our apps offer an in-app purchase or premium subscription that removes ads. Look for the "Remove Ads" or "Go Premium" option in the app's settings. Purchases are restorable on a new device via the same store account.
