This Privacy Policy explains what information the iOS App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. This policy applies to the iOS version of the App (App Store ID 6795048387). By using the App you agree to this policy.
The following information is saved in the App's local storage on your iPhone and is not transmitted to KingBrain:
Deleting the App deletes all of this data. iOS device backups (iCloud/iTunes) may include it under Apple's backup encryption, controlled by your device settings.
The App uses the following third-party SDKs, which may collect device information as described in their own privacy policies:

On first use the App asks for permission to track via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you allow it, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used to show more relevant, personalised ads. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be contextual (non-personalised). You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the App shows Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) before serving ads. You may accept or decline personalised advertising; declining does not restrict your use of the App. You can withdraw or change consent by reinstalling the App or via the ad's "Ad choices" options.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) processed by Apple through your Apple ID account. KingBrain does not receive or store your name, billing address, or card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
If you enable the daily workout reminder, the App schedules a local notification on your device. This requires the iOS notification permission and involves no server; you can disable it anytime in the App's settings or in iOS Settings.
The App provides general fitness and stretching guidance and is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition. You exercise at your own risk.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App's third-party services, contact us and we will assist in its removal.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Since KingBrain stores no personal data on servers, most data can be removed simply by deleting the App. For data held by Google or Meta, use the links in section 3. For anything else, contact us and we will help within 30 days.
Your on-device data is protected by iOS's application sandbox and device encryption. Communication by third-party SDKs uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, highlighted inside the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
